The Kinetika team have had an incredibly successful year so far with the completion of Thurrock 100 Stories 2016 and have secured funding for two major upcoming projects including ‘Silk River’  which celebrates links between India and the UK, and another which continues relationships with schools in Ethiopia and the UK.

With these exciting prospects on the horizon, it is an extremely interesting time to join a very close and hardworking team and we are looking for a new Business Administrator to help support Kinetika in continuing to grow, producing spectacular and innovative work.

Business Administrator

Situated in the Kinetika office at High House Production Park, Purfleet, the Business Administrator has a central and important position in the company.  Working closely with the Artistic Director as an experienced company and team leader, the Business Administrator provides a central point of contact for other members of the team, which often includes temporary freelancers.

The Business Administrator is responsible for the day to day financial management of both Kinetika People and our commercial arm, Kinetika Design Studio, and also works with both the Finance Director and freelance Project Managers to maintain a financial overview.

  3 days per week, fixed term freelance contract with 3 month trial period.
Initial contract term Nov 2016 to March 2018 with possibility of extension.

Key Dates:

Sun 25th Sept 2016 9pm:  Deadline for CV and covering letter to be submitted.

Tues 4th Oct 2016:  Interviews to be held at the Kinetika office, Purfleet, Essex.
